For the positions described above, knowledge and abilities are typically verified by the following…
- ICC (International Code Council) Certifications,
- Prior experience (5 years minimum is preferred) in similar positions within municipalities or private companies performing similar tasks,
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field, and/or
- License as a Professional Engineer.
